Syngoniums, also known as Arrowhead Plants or Nephthytis, are cherished for their striking arrow-shaped leaves and their ability to enhance the aesthetics of any space. Belonging to the Araceae family, these tropical plants boast a diverse range of cultivars, displaying an array of colors from vibrant greens to soft pinks and whites.

Their versatility makes them ideal for both novice and experienced plant enthusiasts. Syngoniums adapt well to various light conditions, making them perfect for homes and offices alike. With their charming foliage and graceful vines, these plants effortlessly add elegance and natural beauty to indoor environments.

I have a personal connection to Syngoniums, particularly the common variety (white butterfly), which I grew up with. They evoke fond memories of my childhood. Initially, I began collecting them without realizing the extent of their cultivars. However, I soon recognized the limitations of space and their relatively hardy nature. Nonetheless, my journey with these plants has been rewarding, leading me to propagate them, and I’m excited to share some of my collection with you.
